Shipping and Returns

Here's what you need to know about how we handle shipping and returns at Global Matrix Core Publication. We believe in clear, straightforward processes to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers.

Our shipping methods

The most important thing to know is that we ship in a clear, predictable way – no surprises, no games.

Digital-first delivery: Most products are supplied as digital files (PDFs, EPUBs, printables, and classroom packs), delivered by secure download link or email. That means you can deploy them in classrooms, churches, or homes without waiting for freight.

Clear formats, clearly labelled: Each product listing specifies exactly what you’re getting – for example, “Teacher Guide (PDF) + Student Workbook (PDF) + Assessments (PDF)” – so you know up front what will arrive.

Physical copies (where applicable): If and when we offer printed books or packs, they’ll be clearly marked as physical products with realistic dispatch timeframes.

Returns

Our approach to returns is simple: be fair, be clear, and avoid surprises.

Because most of our products are digital resources (PDFs, EPUBs, printables, and classroom packs), they can’t be “sent back” once downloaded. For that reason, we generally don’t offer automatic refunds on digital products.

However, if there’s a genuine issue – for example:

  • you received the wrong file or version,
  • the files are corrupted or unusable,
  • or the product clearly doesn’t match the description –

we’ll work with you to fix the problem, either by supplying a corrected version or, where appropriate, arranging a refund or credit.

The goal is straightforward: no-one should feel cheated, and no-one should treat downloadable resources like a revolving door. If something’s wrong, tell us, and we’ll address it in a calm, practical way.

Shipping costs

We keep shipping simple and transparent.

Most products are digital: The majority of our resources are delivered as digital files (PDFs, EPUBs, and printables). There are no shipping costs on digital products – you receive secure download links by email after purchase.

Flat, sensible rates for physical products (when offered):
When we offer printed books or packs, we’ll use clear, flat-rate shipping rather than surprise charges at checkout.

Within Australia: a single flat rate per order (not per item), sized for typical school/family orders.

Outside Australia: clearly stated international rates or “contact us for a quote” where needed.

No hidden fees: Shipping costs (where applicable) are shown up front before you confirm your order. If a product is digital-only, it will be clearly marked as such with no shipping charge.

The aim is simple: you should know exactly what you’re paying, whether you’re downloading resources today or ordering physical copies for your classroom, church, or home.
